We have over 500 specialized production equipments, including a 10,000-ton winding press, an 8,000-ton four-column press, a DN800 seamless elbow mandrel pushing machine, and a DN600 tee hydraulic press.

Archives & Testing Center

Our independent CNAS-certified testing center is equipped with over 100 advanced instruments, including a German SPECTRO spectrometer, impact testing machines for normal and low temperatures, a hydraulic tensile testing machine, and metallographic analysis tools.

The archives center has a strict document management system, ensuring traceability for all products. Sample retention periods are 7 years for general industries, 15 years for petrochemical industry, and data are kept indefinitely for military and nuclear power industries.

Eco Equipment

Sustainable environmental development is a relentless pursuit at Yuanyang. We have invested significant resources in upgrading our environmental protection facilities, aiming to create a green and clean production environment, contributing to the well-being of our planet.

Warehouse

Our company maintains a safety stock of approximately 2,000 tons of raw materials year-round. We have built a 30,000 cubic meter smart warehouse with a storage capacity of 1 million items, where all finished products are traceable via QR codes.
